Horrible experience from start to end. Copa costumer service is non existent. They treat you bad. Everybody tells you different information. We didn’t received our luggage in the 1 day stop we did even we they said if was not going to be a problem. They didn’t respect the seats that we had and spread our family leaving in between of two big people who didn’t leave any space for me and crush me from side to side. I’ll never recommend Copa to anybody.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

The Arajet person who greeted us initially was unhelpful & rude about the mandatory migration form which has to be completed digitally but the systems don’t work properly. The boarding gate was changed twice and initial boarding was delayed. Once on board we we had to wait an hour and a half before take off. It was hot and there was very little room for tall-ish people to fit their knees in. The crew were pleasant but working in a poor situation. The plane was delayed because we were waiting for people from a delayed interconnecting flight. Arajet must have known that before we were asked to board. Better information, decisions & communication were needed.
My seat was broken and the crew had to find me somewhere else to sit. The crew was extremely courteous about this
Not much seat room, but that was unexpected. But the seat headrest was very uncomfortable.
Crew was very professional and friendly. An A for customer service. Had to wait over forty minutes at the carousel each leg for my luggage. After landing in Atlanta it seems they lost our luggage so we had to wait, very tired and hungry. Mothers were on the flight with months old babies sitting in the airport floor waiting. A very bad experience for my first use of the airline. Had it not being for the horrible carousel incident, it would have been pleasant. Comfort was okay, got what I paid for. You have to pay for everything. Looking forward to the cost to use the restroom next.
Great value airline. It doesn’t always work out flawlessly but this flight from Vegas to Reno was perfect.
Awful experience. Both flights were delayed several times with weather but also crew members being the official cause. The vouchers are unusable and insufficient ($50 voucher to fly the same crappy airline is a joke for putting me on a red-eye that landed at 3:00 am). The aircrafts were old and uncomfortable (have a real pocket on the seat, for crying out loud!).
We booked a direct flight. Spirit changed the flight to have a 9 hour overnight layover. Not pleased.
Was not able to board the flight due to a horrible policy that I needed to be at the gate 1 hour before departure. I lost money on this and the connecting flight due to having to book on another airline. I was flying to Florida for my mother's cancer surgery in the afternoon.
Good enough for the price. I will rate great if water is available for passenger.
Changing flights days after confirming an itenerary and moving a connecting flight to the next day which resulted in the layover extending from 2hrs to 10 hrs was a great inconvienience and burden to passenger
Arrived Ft Lauderdale waited 90 minutes for plane to park so nearly missed my connection and no luggage as it was lost. My worst flight experience in 50 years of flying.
Spirit changed Gates 2 times and departure time once without on time information
