Find First Class Flights to Papua New Guinea

Leg room and flight sound insulation is very bad. They broke 3 of my bags with bad handling

Crews were great but food not much selection just all tailored for Asian passengers.

Too many luggages for 1 passenger (4 bags) will make all the overhead luggage bins a challenge to fit them all. Some have oversized hand carry as in like back packer size bags shouldn’t be allowed as handcarry.

I had a great experience with Singapore airlines as always. The partner airline, Scoot was fine except my bag was misplaced during the shuffle. Ultimately, my baggage arrived intact. Attempting to inquire about my baggage was impossible.

The Premium economy class is not the same as some other airlines because there are no economy seats on these planes. Basically you’re getting an economy seat that’s a little wider. The seats are not that much more comfortable. The service and food experience is similar to economy class on other Asian airlines. There aren’t enough toilets for the entire plane therefore we are forced to share the business class toilets that are closed off with curtains.

Good flight. The food was served a bit late, hence a hurry to finish before landing. Excellent crew and service

All in all the flight was good. Love the fact that for airline food it was piping hot

I commend the flight attendants on our SFO-SIN flight who went above and beyond to provide us with extra snacks and food. This type of service makes the flight experience personal and awesome.

I requested an aisle seat and got a middle seat The flight gate was changed and the flight was delayed

Bad experience. Departure time delayed from 1610 to 1740. After the flight was pushed back, pilot said there was a technical issue on the aircraft and we couldn’t take off. Delayed another hour to solve it.

Great, the flight attendants were very friendly and the food was also good.

The overall flight went well and the aircrew was pleasant.

Very comfortable Prem economy seats for a long haul flight. Had a problem with the tv that the crew fixed so was great!

Cathay Pacific seems to be an airline in trouble and on its way out. Lots of broken or poorly functioning things like entertainment screens, seats, and enough well trained staff to handle a full flight. Sad...

The flight crew was exceptionally good. Personal needs were well met. The food choices were very nice.

Excellent. Planes are a little older and could get some refurbishment, but besides that everything was excellent.

I cancelled the flights in good time but could only get a partial refund. I was not warned of this.

While I was in great pain, the seat was sufficiently comfortable to allow me to rest and not be in so much pain.

we were upgraded which was a blessing and tender mercy for us. I fell the day before and was in extreme pain from knee to shoulder. Sitting in a more comfortable seat during the flight was an unexpected blessing and experience.

Great. Airhostess was amazing. Dinner a little spicy! Could have had a mention beforehand about that though

flight delayed, wait in crowded gate. staff inattentive. had to remind them to get my coat from their closet. not many new movies, media choices were limited (nothing compared to Emirates.) Lounge was crowded

BA Airbus A380 BC upstairs had 2 3 2 layout. The seat was comfy but access for those in middle or window seats had to climb over others fest to get to ailse when seats in bed mode. The layout was not nearly as private as other layouts. The staff was amazing as well as the food. Most airline food is average but this was restaurant quality.

Qantas are unable to service and unfit for purpose, they cannot transport Australians on time to overseas destinations. On top of the inflated ticketing, the Sydney flight to Santiago was impacted because the plane was delayed arriving and then further bungling by Qantas admitting the ground new ground crew in charge of cleaning were not trained. The impact on passengers with connecting flights was tremendous and long ques of frustrated passengers waiting for rescheduling. **Qantas has become the Australian Spirit of disappointment**

Amazing! Was put on the earlier flight and I requested for an aisle seat and was given it. Thanks Qantas!

I was pleasantly surprised with my flight to LA with Qantas. Although seats were not the roomies, service was excellent.

The service and smooth landing. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly. We arrived earlier than scheduled.

It was nice having space in the way back where it thinned out with passengers, most folks in the far back were able to lay down and sleep. That was a pleasant surprise. Made the 15 hr flight go by pretty smooth, watching a few movies and resting. I had previously never used an airplane toilet, but finally used one. It wasn't too bad. All workers were very helpful and friendly. Their hospitality was welcomed as well

Enjoyed the new possibilities of in flight entertainment. Been awhile since I've flown, and that was a nice surprise. Being able to pick from such a variety was personalized and welcomed.

Qantas cancelled my flight for no good reason and rebooked me into a middle seat.

Poor check in attitude , terrible food , movies selection poor, food came out cold , service terrible , entertainment system also broke so we had to use a iPad , worst biz class I have ever been on

Continual rescheduling of flights, inflight entertainment system did not work, staff not pleasant to interact with.

Biz class is way below what other airlines offer. The food was mediocre at best. A WiFi was intermittent and movies were dated. Honestly the best part of the trip was that the Mabuhay lounge in SFO was closed and they gave us pass to Air France lounge. My advise, fill up there before boarding plane.

There is a problem with the sound while watching movie or listening to the music ( the sound is static & goes on and off). Aside from the sound, the experience was good & stewardesses are nice.

Not leave 12 hours late. This airline is horrible always late does not refund upgrades for cancelled flights inept counter staff.. needs to be shutdown

Was on premium economy. Aside from the space that was less than expected, everything went well

Flight delayed by hour for departure. No real announcements or updates until told to start boarding

The economy class sitting/chairs is tight not spacious enough to sit comfortably but for other matters everything is perfect 👍☺️

Every thing was good except our baggage that wasn’t here when we arrived, we understood the cause but hopefully we will get it soon as possible
