Cons:I showed up at 8am and there was one agent attempting to work with one customer ahead of me. I could read frustration on the face of the customer, and, overhearing the conversation, I gathered the agent did not know what she was doing. I waited for 10 minutes and no progress, so I went to Fox Car Rental at the next desk. When I left Fox, that poor customer at the Thrifty desk was still there. Ineptitude at its finest

Pros:Rude customer service. Small car (listed as an SUV). Slow. I was the first customer in line. Waited for the desk clerk. The first thing she said was, "I'm not ready."
Cons:The car wasn't there. They sent a "driver" to get it. The agent in the dispatch kiosk kept saying, "I just got here. I don't know." It took an hour to get a car I had booked months in advance. Idiots. Total waste.
